Chicken stock

This is one of the most nourishing things you can do.  Stock cubes and packet stock of any kind just doesn’t have the same nutritional capacity.

People with gastrointestinal issues should make stock on a regular basis and use it as a drink or a base for wholesome soup.

This is the best recipe for chicken stock that I have come across.  It’s simple and produces a stock with excellent flavour and everything she says is great!
